This course is for those who are interested in Service Panel, or who own a Service Panel license. Attending course A850 is suggested before or after this course to fully benefit from sections covering coding.


This course orients users to Service Panel and teaches how to operate and work with Service Panel. It is designed for service desk workers and identity professionals who will be power users of Service Panel, as well as a foundation course for A850 Service Panel development.

  • Running Service Panel from the cloud vs. on-premise.
