Test Panel
Test Panel, part of the Identity Panel Suite, provides automated testing of identity management systems. Not only can it ensure that the implemented configuration meets the predefined specifications, but it can be used for regression testing after system modification.
Test Panel thus ensures that business requirements are met with accuracy and consistency, and cuts down time spent on QA and debugging.
Usually Test Panel is effectively testing a synchronization engine, such as Microsoft Identity Manager, Azure AD Connect, or HyperSync Panel. It uses a series of test cases, grouped into test suites. A test case usually involves making real or emulated changes in one system (e.g. in an HR database), and then checking that the outcomes (after a cycle of synchronization) are as expected (e.g. an update to an account in Azure AD).
Test Panel is dependent on Identity Panel for connectivity, data, workflows etc.
