Course A800 – Identity Panel Operators

Training course A800 is a version of A801 that addresses an audience not familiar with Microsoft Identity Manager. Therefore, additional time is spent tying Identity Panel into a lesson into the underlying system with a focus on MIM. This is especially helpful when training a Service Desk.
