36-month pricing agreement

Applies to purchase made in 2018 and prior.

Customers who purchase any annual Knowledge Package, Software Assurance or purchase Software Maintenance, and renew those subscriptions prior to the expiration date, will be given the option to renew those at the same price rate as the quarter the subscription began, with the same feature set as was listed in the quarter the subscription began, or better. Product or offering enhancements will cost extra.
